How can i disallow to show a backlink?

My site got a back link from a bad site. i have not any id or password to delete it.
can Robot.txt can disallow this back link.
or any other idea to disallow to show this link as a back link.

To my knowledge, there is nothing you can do about a site linking to your site. At best, you can send them an email requesting them to remove the link.
If you’re concerned about how Google will react, you should be fine as long as you’re not linking back to the questionable site.
